Renewable energies

Renewable energy sources include wind, solar, biomass, hydro and ground heat. These are used for electricity, heat, power or fuel.

Since 2013, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern statistically fully capable of providing the demanded energy completely from renewable energy sources.

Our contribution:

Together with state institutions, companies and universities, we identify the demand for energy consumption and its development in the region. We develop concepts and measures how to use renewable energy sources as a solution. The independence from conventional energy sources increases and the region benefits from a decentralized implemantation.
